Cost of Undersized Infastructure

The Town Council received a presentation from the Town Engineer at the April 17^th Council meeting in preparation for the updates to the Town’s subdivision regulations. The presentation included information on the Town’s current drainage regulations that identify information developers and applicants must submit prior to development of their property. The purpose of these requirements is to comply with federal, state and local laws and to show the cost to the community of undersized infrastructure if proper drainage studies are not performed.
